Pierce has been awarded a multi-year contract to open, staff and operate nation-wide Mall Retail Kiosks for the world's leading provider of high-growth communication services and fiber optics. The following Mall locations currently have immediate openings: South Shore Plaza
Managers & Assistant Managers 2-5 years of supervisory experience within a retail sales environment; proven sales results; technological sales experience a plus; passion for innovative products and services; and must have the flexibility to work nights and weekends.
You will lead your team of sales professionals to exceed goals and foster a positive team environment.
You will strive to make every consumer a potential customer and demonstrate best-in-class customer service.
You will manage and oversee all aspects of the day-to-day Kiosk operations.
You will support and encourage career development and growth of your team by providing ongoing training of new product offerings and pricing; coaching; and recognition.
You will exemplify professionalism and strong selling techniques.
You will demonstrate to your District Manager the unyielding desire for your team to be the best they can be.
Sales Consultants 1+ year of proven retail sales experience a plus; passion for new technologies and gadgets; and must have the flexibility to work nights and weekends.
You will greet consumers, demonstrate the services/products and close sales.
You will be part of a team that is driven to sell, driven to succeed, and driven to be rewarded for individual and team success.
Additional Opportunities- May include District Sales Managers and Regional Sales Managers posted throughout key markets.

Competitive wages are commensurate with proven sales and/or management experience and average starting wages are:
Management: $400 to $800/per week PLUS sales-based commission.
Sales Consultants: $8 to $15/per hour PLUS sales-based commission.
