Strategist/Executor: Develop diversity recruiting strategy and facilitate execution. Identify emerging trends, benchmark and share best practices. Evaluate, select and lead recruiting activities such as new sources of candidates, career fairs, association memberships, vendor partnership, sponsorships, etc. Participate in the development of programs for on-boarding and early retention. Develop and implement ROI metrics 25% Manager/Advisor: Coach, influence, direct and supervise 3 Senior professional recruiting professionals, while also having indirect coaching and influencing of Talent Recruiting professionals, HR, hiring managers and others in valuing differences throughout the sourcing, recruiting, selection and on boarding processes. Advise employee Councils 20% Relationship Management and Outreach: Develop and manage internal/external networks (communities and professional organizations, employee councils, Public Affairs, peer groups, etc.).
