Responsibilities Include: Promoting Campbell Soup Company as an Employer of Choice.Partnering with business units leaders and HR generalists to gain a solid understanding of business objectives, job requirements, sourcing strategies, recruitment trends, and identify key issues.Screening, assessing, and interviewing candidates; negotiating offers with outstanding candidates and carefully analyzing and measuring our attraction and selection process.Promoting and ensuring diverse applicants are in the candidate pool.Develop an effective pipeline of key talent from key competitorsDeveloping and implementing accurate reports and metrics for the client on an as need basis to include time to fill, source of hire, cost per hire as well as progress against diversity hiring goals (scorecard).Overseeing the consistent use of recruiting technology (Virtual Edge) and identifying best practices to ensure optimal Recruiting Coordinator efficiencies.Assisting with special projects such as employment branding and retention programs. Requirements: Minimum BA/ BS degree with 5 plus years recruiting experience. Prior corporate staffing experience a must. Search firm/agency recruiting experience strongly preferred.Knowledge of employment law and recruitment strategies.
