Recruiting Manager, you will work in a team environment, while being held accountable for individual growth goals. Individuals in this position will work in all areas of the recruiting process including, but not limited to, the following: In the sales capacity, you will complete 25 + daily outbound sales calls for the purpose of prospecting new business and identifying permanent placement needs. Secure 5 + job orders related to the placement of highly qualified financial professionals on a weekly basis. Complete recruiting functions such as locating top accounting and finance talent, interviewing a minimum of 15 applicants per week. Interface with clients and candidates to set up phone screen and in-person interviews. Consult with candidates on industry trends and placing candidates on a permanent basis.
