Job Description:
Lead effort in assuring harmonized computer systems during integration activities of newly acquired sites as necessary. Primary Outcomes Ensure compliance with all applicable cGxP regulations, and TEVA policies and procedures relating to computer systems. Develop and manage project audit review functions for computer validation projects. Assure that appropriate Position Skills Inventories are current and up-to-date for all reports. Develop appropriate goals, objectives and tracking with meaningful metrics to tie into the performance evaluation process. Support projects teams on continuous improvement opportunities in reference to computer system upgrades or implementation of new systems. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in computer science or science-related field or similar degree with applicable experience. * 10-15 years pharmaceutical and computer validation experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Minimum 4 years supervisory experience or proven leadership capability. * Working knowledge of FDA compliance, specifically in 21CFR Part 11 regulations and GAMP guidelines. * Knowledge in IT standards, procedures, various platforms, configurations, project life cycles and change control systems/databases is mandatory.
