Overall responsibilities include managing the department operations, implementation of training, and assessment of orientation programs. Professional development, systems management, and the development of policies and procedures. Additional responsibilities include developing, implementing reviews, quality assurance programs and interpretations of the JCAHO. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospital pharmacy operations. We are looking for a strong management background in a hospital setting along with financial management experience.
