We are currently seeking a Manager, Training and Development for the Center for Learning and Development Group in our Montvale office Responsibilities: - Direct and manage multidisciplinary team supporting initiatives through training and development of professionals - Confer with internal clients to anticipate and assess business needs for training programs - Manage project plans, program design, development, delivery and measurement - Manage program communications and budget - Provide leadership and direction into the formulation of learning and development programs and goals - Provide performance management for team members Qualifications: - BS/B A degree from an accredited college or university - Five years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a large, corporate environment - Detail oriented with excellent organization and collaboration skills - Exceptional relationship management skills - Strong project management experience - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong facilitation skills - Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point - Able to travel up to 20 percent of the time KPMG offers and supports flexible work arrangements as well as part-time schedules.
