Job Description: Job Objective The Field Human Resources Manager leads, develops, and directs a team of Field Employee Relations Managers and is responsible for the execution of HR initiatives across a defined geographic area. In addition to ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations, this position is a key decision maker for most employee related matters and is responsible for investigating and resolving complex or high exposure associate complaints and conflicts. This position is also responsible for collaborating with Market Unit management to build employee relations capability and enable management effectiveness by identifying employment-related opportunities, developing and implementing proactive / preventative solutions, and achieving targeted results.
