Currently, The Dixie Group is looking for an experienced Human Resource Management professional to join their dynamic management team and build this strategically critical function. In this newly created position, the Director of Human Resources will utilize the following capabilities and/or knowledge: · Employment process development " Policy and procedure development · Employment law and compliance " Compensation & benefits administration · Strategic HR planning " Employee relations · Project management " HRMS administration · Performance mgmt systems development The Director of Human Resources manages all facets of the HR function for Dixie. This hands-on position is based in Richmond and requires some travel to Dixie\'s nationwide locations. The ideal candidate will have an excellent understanding of the HR function as both a strategic partner and an administration expert. Just as important, strong candidates will be able to contribute and share in the organizational values and mission of The Dixie Group. Qualifications: Required · Bachelor\'s degree in HR or related field · 10+ years progressive HR Management experience · Exceptional written, oral and interpersonal communication skills · Proven experience with building long last relationships with employees and management Desired · Master\'s degree SPHR or GPHR · Rapid organizational growth experience
