Job Description: POSITION SUMMARY: *Act in advisory and functional capacity developing, administering and enforcing human resource policies and procedures within the home system, as well as other systems throughout the designated area. MAJOR DUTIES: (May perform any or all of the following duties.) *Administer human resources policies in accordance with corporate guidelines. *Recruit applicants for available positions according to budget. *Administer benefits, unemployment compensation and workers' compensation. *Conduct employee orientation. *Develop employee incentive and motivation programs. *Conduct needs assessment for area training programs. *Represent management at unemployment, workers' comp and EEO hearings. *Assist managers and supervisors with employee counseling, discipline and grievance handling. *Assure compliance with FCC and EEO regulations, labor laws, and labor agreements.
