Job Description: Responsibilities:-Provide information regarding employee relations, compensation administration, performance management, benefits, recognition, training, and staffing to exempt and non-exempt employees. -Provide expert HR advice as requested and consult with the Area Vice-President and his/her direct reports as needed. -Assist in preparation and maintenance of AAP plans for each district. -Audit applicant flow logs and work with the sites to ensure procedures are being documented and followed. -Answer benefits questions for managers and employees, as well as assisting with problem solving. Act as a liaison between employees and insurance carriers to resolve problems and clarify benefits. Assist with annual benefits renewals, including enrollment procedures. Present benefits open enrollment meetings. -Oversee FMLA; short-term or long-term disability claims programs. -Review all salary changes due to merit increases, promotions, bonuses or pay adjustments. Ensure that information is forwarded to our Service Center. -Develop, implement, maintain and update key human resource metrics and other workforce management data such as: turnover, recruitment costs, demographic profiles, terminations, projected retirements and skill shortages. -Act as a resource for special projects and human resource programs.
