Job Description: Ensure quality of training through effective needs assessments, design, evaluation, resource materials and reinforcement strategies. Conduct training assessment through the following: analyzing organizational needs and gaps, consolidating those needs into an organizational training plan, and developing training tracking tools for assessment. Manage scheduling, facilitator certifications and resources within budget. Measure pre and post training performance to validate effectiveness of the training and facilitators. Invent the Future Develop cost effective learning options to meet the specific business needs of the organization and create a high performance workforce. Evaluate business impact of training/learning solutions (cost/benefit analysis). Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Development, Training and Development, Organizational Development or related area preferred. A minimum of five years of industry or equivalent business experience in employee training, including design and conduct of needs analyses and/or design of training programs/interventions and related materials. Minimum of two years of actual employee training experience is preferred.
