Job Description: This includes having a sound knowledge of both the internal senior candidate pool and external executive market environment.- Lead the central staffing function to drive recruiting standards across the organization ensuring that the right tools, processes, practices, and measurements are in place to execute in this high-volume recruiting environment. Build and maintain best in class programs and processes in the areas of university relations, diversity, employer branding, employment systems/processes, and technology solutions.- Develop the appropriate go to market search strategy including target companies, realistic time lines, candidate flow, and interview process to insure results are achieved in this demanding fast-paced environment.- Ability to be a business partner who requires little direction or supervision.- Work in collaboration with the leadership team in HR to insure proper alignment and information is exchanged.QualificationsWe are seeking an outstanding strategic executive recruiting person with a minimum of eight to ten years of experience, who has either managed a corporate in-house executive search and/or a corporate staffing team or worked in a premier executive search firm.
