Job Description: This includes base salary and variable compensation programs for an organisation that is both collaborative and fast paced. The priority is to ensure that the firm's compensation plans, programs and tools are highly competitive in varied markets around the world and, most importantly, support the overall business strategy, enhance organisational capability and foster employee engagement. The Manager will serve as a thought leader on global compensation philosophy and innovative compensation schemes, working closely with the Global Director of Compensation, Benefits and HRIS, the Director of Human Resources, and the firm's Compensation Committees. He/she also will oversee the administration of current compensation programs, and will manage a team of two compensation professionals. Responsibilities*Develop an understanding of the firm's global operations, business priorities, culture and values in order to represent and influence global compensation requirements.*Assess the current status of the company's various global compensation plans, programs, processes, tools, and communication, including initiatives to determine market competitiveness, ease of administration, and alignment with business strategy.
