Responsibilities: Overseeing the maintenance of earnings and deduction records and reports Reviewing and documenting payroll processes Leading system upgrades and installations compliance Successful candidates will have the following: 10+ years of increasingly responsible experience in Payroll administration 5+ years of leadership or management experience with demonstrated strength in leading people and projects Systems thinker with ability to conceptualize and establish processes that increase accuracy and efficiencies of Arbitron's payroll systems Knowledge of and expertise in federal and state tax and payroll laws and regulations Strong financial acumen and knowledge or understanding of accounting practices Demonstrated technical aptitude with hands-on experience with automated payroll systems (experience with Ceridian Systems and integration a plus) Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong planning and project management skills Collaborative team-oriented work style; able to adjust quickly to changing priorities and business requirements Bachelors degree in related field required (Masters a plus) We believe a company is only as good as its people.
