Manage recruitment applicant database system and communicate regularly with candidates. E. Facilitates manager/recruiter relationships. F. Coordinates with managers, schedules and conducts initial interviews to determine applicant qualifications and cultural fit as needed. G. Collaborate with Company\'s Talent Acquisition Team for company wide recruitment activities/functions H. Supervises administration of recruitment assessment tools I. Presents orientation program to all new employees for division. Communicates the importance of our people-centered culture to our organizational success. Reviews with new hires all policy, benefit and incentive programs materials during the orientation program. J. with Acquisitions Team to ensure successful acculturation of culture, history, and processes for company team members. IV. Compensation and Benefits Administration: A. Manage employee compensation program in terms of pay-for-performance strategies that seek to enhance employee competencies and skills at the division level. B. Supports the Director of Compensation and Benefits during the annual benefits open enrollment processes. C. Serves as a local resource for employees benefit coverage inquiries.
