RESPONSIBILITIES:Represents and enables the successful implementation of HR strategy, products and services to business unit clients. Create effective teams and partnerships with appropriate HR and client groups to successfully accomplish goals Gains credibility by building collaborative relationships with the client group and associates as well as others in the HR organization Work in partnership with HR Director to provide guidance to Headquarters\' management in the handling of human resources issues and exercise care that situations are well documented and are not arbitrary or discriminatory Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures. Makes recommendations, provides solutions, and resolves issues as challenges arise Communicates to client group regarding HR initiatives through both verbal and written communication Demonstrates a thorough understanding of business/brand strategies and objectives, the competitive landscape, current and potential future business challenges Keep abreast of legislation affecting human resources and monitor company guidelines and make recommendations for required changes.
