Job Description: Team with other HR professionals to implement functional programs and customize as necessary for the Region - Performance Management - manage/drive processes and support culture relating to mentoring, counseling, goal setting, performance feedback, and career planning for employees - Employee Relations - maintain appropriate contact with our professionals to stay abreast of concerns and address personnel issues, work with practice leaders on outplacement due to performance issues, conduct and manage the exit interviews and compile report to Service Line Leaders on findings, review turnover analysis and promote retention of talented professionals - Reward and Recognition - implement all regional activities and prompt leadership on the use of the reward and recognition program - Compensation - work closely with Service Line leaders, conduct annual compensation process (reviewing market studies, performance results and peer ranges to ensure fair and reasonable compensation adjustments).
