This is a wonderful opportunity for a junior financial analyst to break into a hybrid career in finance/accounting and HR. As the Compensation Analyst, your duties include working with all departments in the company on salary trends In addition to working with salaries, the Compensation Analyst will be responsible with assisting with the month-end close, budgeting and forecasting, compliance, etc. Key requirements to qualify for this position are: Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance, Excellent Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, etc), minimum of 2 years of experience as a financial or compensation analyst and/or accounting, strong understanding of accounting and finance (monthly close process, budgets and forecasts, variance reporting, etc.).
