Work closely with all Managers/Supervisors throughout Product Divisions, determining HR and staffing needs with all product lines. *Prepare monthly reports on headcount, personnel needs and Workers Compensation accidents *Assist Managers with compensation information and issues *Maintain various records to ascertain compliance with outside agencies and internal audits *Handle employee relations complaints, concerns, and disputes *Interview prospective candidates, verifying employment history, coordinating pre-placement exams, etc *Review pre-employment paperwork of prospective employees; including motor vehicle reports, reference checks, and pre-employment physicals to confirm eligibility *Conduct new-hire orientation and exit interviews *Process and prepare payroll authorization changes *Ensure accurate job description for all positions in assigned division *Administer unemployment compensation claims *Assist Weatherford managers with employee relations, reduction in force and other Human Resources related concerns
