Responsibilities:* Provide insights and recommendations to brand teams, area vice presidents, and marketing management for effective decision-making.* Provide analytic link between marketing and sales and expertise/support to area analysts* Use market knowledge and research expertise to identify patterns within the data, construct insights and articulate actionable recommendations. * Monitor market and environmental issues and develop metrics to alert brand teams and sales management when product performance may or is being impacted. * Provide weekly and monthly reports of secondary performance metrics that enable marketing and the field management to track the performance of each brand and their competitors over time. Incorporate relevant data and findings from primary research, competitive intelligence, forecasting and other areas as needed.* Provide ad-hoc and recurring secondary data reports and analysis to marketing, sales management and senior management as requested. * Work with primary research and other team members to develop strategic market assessments and summaries* Work directly with brand teams, sales management and other support departments to identify key information needs and ensure needs are being met.* Evaluate and select appropriate data sources for analyses.
