Job Summary: Under the direction of the Director of Inpatient Pharmacy Services, functions as a primary resource for the inpatient pharmacy for the collection, validation, analysis, reporting and evaluation of operational performance metrics. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or closely related field. Demonstrated knowledge of applied statistics and anlysis. Must have strong microcomputer skills and knowledge of various software systems including Excel, Access and other spreadsheet and database management methods. Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills and technical writing skills. Pharmacy or healhcare background perferred. A minimum of four (4) years related experience.
