Job Description:
This position manages processes and works through District Managers, DLM and other Operations employees to complete their tasks. This position reports to Human Resource Managers. Knowledge and experience in various HR functions including staffing/recruiting, training, compensation, benefits, employment laws and regulations (preferably in a non-exempt environment) is preferred. Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Windows environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong business acumen Change management skills Strong organizational and project management skills Internal applicants must have at least 90 days in and/or Minimum: High school diploma or GED. A college degree or significant progress towards a college degree from an accredited institution is strongly preferred. Minimum 2 years in a business or professional environment such as direct sales, retail or customer service is required. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
