Job Description: The Regional Business Development Manager is a new addition to our regional staff. Working out of our office the incumbent will be responsible for: * Coordinating and administering activities for Tower’s cross functional sales and marketing functions, including: clarifying and prioritizing specific state expansion marketing efforts, coordinating the gathering and analysis of competitive intelligence * Administering the agency and broker management process * Establishing and monitoring annual agency business plans * Ensuring the development of the branch level Business Development Representatives * Managing the Regional Business Development team as Tower continues to grow throughout the Northeast Qualified candidates will possess: * Strong marketing expertise developed at the branch level of a P&C carrier working within the independent agent system * Demonstrated analytic skills and ability to effectively communicate vision, products and strategy to Business Development Reps and producers * Supervisory experience needed Group offers professional growth, competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package, including, medical, dental and vision coverages, paid life, and insurance, a savings plan with a generous company match, tuition assistance and more.
