Delegates activities to ensure that objectives are met in a timely fashion. Develops milestones, due dates, and responsibilities for projects, plans, and activities. Sells, influences, and represents the organization to the public and to potential representatives. Maintains good working relationships. *High school diploma required; college degree preferred. *7 plus years previous sales experience in the financial services industry required. *Securities registration licenses Series 7 and 24 preferred. *Ability to communicate effectively with potential Registered Representatives regarding production, advertising, compliance issues, technology, software programs, expenses, and credit reports. *Ability to read and interpret regulations, credit reports, licensing and compliance reports, promissory notes, and business production. *Ability to determine the breakdown of the Representatives' business and production. *Ability to analyze and interpret production and compliance information, and solve problems relating to credit and licensing issues. *Strong focus on customer service, flexibility, attention to detail, good organizational skills, ability to prioritize, excellent communication skills, and ability to work in a multi-task environment.
