Specialized experience is in or directly related to the line of work of the position to be filled and which has equipped the applicant with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Applicants must have a minimum of one year of specialized experience in or equivalent to the grade level in the Federal service. For this position, specialized experience includes the following: experience leading or providing expert classification and staffing services which involve applying Human Resources lations, laws and procedures in association with recruitment, delegated examining, mployees will be required to undergo an investigation based on the new position's risk/sensitivity level if the employee has not been appropriately investigated. The nature of the background check will be based on the risk designation assigned to the position. The investigation can range from a National Check with Investigation, Minimum Background Investigation, Limited Background Investigation, or Background Investigation.
