Job Description: The Recruiting Manager will accomplish this by managing a team of Recruiters, leveraging resources and providing a strategic balance between internal and outsourced resources and solutions.Qualifications Bachelors degree, and seven to ten years leading broad recruiting activities. 3+ years experience directing a recruiting function, managing recruiters, third party vendors and back office operations. 3-5 years of full cycle recruiting within a corporate or agency environment. Strong Understanding of all phases of full cycle recruiting and on-boarding Experience in developing, implementing and managing staffing activities; working across business units, functions, and cultures to implement complex programs, processes, and strategies.Personal Characteristics Proven team builder and leader. Results oriented and knows how to execute but with a fluid and flexible work style. Possesses excellent influencing and listening abilities. Builds trust and rapport quickly and completely. Sense of urgency, pace, action. Is an excellent and creative collaborator and can allow for differences. Has the ability to grasp issues quickly and work on the right things at the right time.
