Analyzes regulations/tactical doctrine/field manuals/issuances pertaining to training objectives and determines training needs of Command. Analyzes/develops general detailed training plans/schedules/standard training policies and procedures to meet CT training needs. Issues instructions/guidance/furnishes informative material for preparation of plans/examinations/schedules at lower echelons. Evaluates CT operations through inspections/reviews reports/issues directives to effect improvement in the use of training facilities and aids/methods of allocating training time/multiple drills/training equipment/procurement or construction of additional training aids and materials.
