Residential Habilitation teaches independent living skills to developmentally disabled adults living with their families or in their own homes. Responsibilities: * Provide hands on training to assigned consumer(s) * Maintain documentation * Input in development and revision of individual Residential Habilitation Plan * Travel in consumer?s neighborhood and community * Maintain communication with families/caregivers * Comprehensive Travel Training * Ensure Quality Habilitation Service.
