Responsibilities Responsible for service quality measurement, tracking, analysis, and reporting of the agent (transcription) teams Owns Nuance transcriber quality Continuous, daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly quantitative measurement of agents across all languages Feedback to agents, managers and 3rd party transcription houses Drive continuous quality improvement from agent teams Decide what is acceptable quality: ensure only agents fit for purpose are working on live messages Feedback to Nuance tools, documentation, and process Report transcription quality performance to Nuance business using agreed upon quantitative quality metrics Secondary responsibility training and evaluating external transcription service providers. Travel to vendor sites Deliver written training materials Instruct vendor in use of Nuance tools and process.
