Job Description:
Provide direction and support to internal and external trainers Identifiy the resources required to design, develop, and conduct training for exempt and nonexempt team members Evaluate completed training and measure results, make recommendations to modify programs as needed, and develop or schedule effective training materials utilizing a variety of media Oversee the cataloging and request for training resources Participate in suggestions for improving the content and course flow of training Keep informed on new developments, methods, tools, and techniques in the training field Coordinate the activities of our technical training partner, Alabama Industrial Development and Training (AIDT) Requirements Qualified candidates for the posted requirement will have demonstrated knowledge and experience of training systems and theories, knowledge of human performance factors, and visual graphics ability.
