Job Description:
The Director of Training and System\'s job responsibilities include, but are not limited to;* Developing and managing training programs and materials for Pricing and Planning, Sales Planners and Sales Assistants.* Developing specialized and targeted training classes; managing ongoing training needs and developing curriculum for business processes and systems.* Working with Pricing & Planning, Sales Management, Commercial Administration, and Systems Management; and reporting on project performance and progress.* Act as necessary and appropriate to cover for Systems Management as a liaison with IT and vendors for support of systems as well as acts as User advocate for system enhancements.* Supervise one direct report - Manager of Training.Job Requirements:* Bachelor\'s degree is required.* Minimum of 5 years industry experience in either Sales support or Pricing and Inventory is mandatory. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
