Job Description:
Responsible for software and consulting support during implementation process. Assist with and recommend online scorecard configurations based on workflow and business needs. Implementation Support: Develop detailed project plans, project schedules, work breakdown structures, and other tracking documents and ensure that they are accurately maintained over the duration of the project. Communicate status throughout the project lifecycle to all stakeholders Training: Manage, design, and administer the implementation of new software training programs for online balanced scorecarding for all of in support of the strategic vision. This includes a lead role in the design, development, implementation and evaluation of training programs. Partner with our internal training department and our external online tool vendor(s) to write training programs, and to keep training agenda and materials updated as software is upgraded to latest versions. Training: Conduct needs assessment for client training requests, and provide appropriate interventions. Design tools to effectively track and measure effectiveness of all training programs. Compile and summarize evaluations and feedback from training programs. Based on findings, modify training areas identified for improvement. Overall: Assist in managing the Community of Practice. Provide expertise on current content in the system and identify potential linkages across functions and Regions. Also, identify and document alignment issues. Overall: Contributes to problem solving, process design, and analytical support to formulate recommendations.
