The Director is key member of the regional leadership team and as such, must be able to help drive cultural change and recommend HR strategies designed to drive the growth in a very competitive business environment. Our leader must be must possess excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, strong influencing skills and have the ability to thrive in a complex, growth oriented world. A consultative mindset, and the ability to interact effectively with diverse constituencies is a must. In partnership with National Human Resources, the Director has day to day responsibility for all regional functions, including campus and experienced staffing, employee relations, performance management, employee development, rewards and recognition, compensation, orientation and compliance. Our ideal candidate will be action oriented, have over 8 years of human resource management experience (including at least 4 years of supervisory experience), possess strong change management skills, and have demonstrated experience driving cultural transformation . Previous experience in a professional services environment is highly desired. Frequent day travel to offices across the state is required.
