Job Description: Analyzes and presents compensation design proposals, including incentive and sales incentives, to HR and line management - Independently monitors and implements compensation policies within corporate guidelines - Provides guidance to HR functions on compensation polices and practices; and interprets local, state, and federal laws regulating salary practices - Prepares recommendations for executive hires and promotions - Works with global HR teams to standardize compensation processes and ensure consistency within global and local structures - Ensures participation in surveys appropriate for supported group and analyzes market surveys to determine salary trends and establish salary ranges - Responsible for educating colleagues and the region/business unit(s) supported on compensation programs and policies, including designing and enhancing new and existing communications and training materials - Review, process, and approve salary actions for adherence to the organizations salary planning and salary administration guidelines- Market pricing of jobs and preparing recommendations for compensation; - Complete the organizations compensation surveys and prepares statistical analysis of data results- Ensure the effective maintenance and upgrading of the organizations pay systems- Perform data compilation and analysis related to the organizations annual structure adjustments and merit/bonus planning- Analyze and monitor the effectiveness of the organizations variable pay programs to ensure alignment with the companys strategic plan - Benchmarking annual incentive plans and long-term incentive plan design and practice; - Evaluate the organizations jobs to determine internal equity, grade assignments, and eligibility for variable pay plans.
