Assimilates them into Deloitte culture and instills our values Summary: The National On-boarding Senior Manager: Providesmanagement and instructional design expertise to develop and maintain program components and budgets related to the on-boarding process. Liaises with the governance structures responsible for the on-boarding process. Works with key stakeholders to ensure a program that reflects the needs of the businesses. Creates a perspective, as well as develops a center of excellence around on-boarding that ensures national and business-specific activities are linked and adhere to high-quality expectations. Has supervisory responsibility on a program basis and may or may not directly manage other employees. Responsibilities ProgramManagement Continue to improve and reliably deliver a high quality, ?signature? Deloitte On-boarding experience Maintain content for existing components Using best-in-class instructional design techniques, deliver new elements while meeting budget and timeline requirements. Create a center of excellence regarding on-boarding activities Ensures continuity throughout the on-boarding experience whether the activity is offered nationally or within the business Provides advice and expertise to business led efforts toensure a high-quality consistent experience Develop and implement detailed work plans for new program components based on project management best practices. Work with the regional/office implementation teams to ensure a consistent and high quality on-boarding experience for new hires. Evaluate regional delivery of the program, including content. Capture best practices to share with others. Ensure deviations are within guiding principles.
