Job Description:
You will work directly with customers, sales, marketing, customer care, product marketing, and product development. This position will maintain close relationships with customers to remain aware of customer needs, perspectives and priorities that are articulated in the form of product requirements. Other Responsibilities: You will drive the development and implementation of your product roadmap, with oversight for revenue growth, margin growth, and win/loss objectives. You will participate in the entire lifecycle of the product, working closely with development teams from product initiation to delivery to eventual product retirement. You will serve as an evangelist for your products communicating the customer benefit to internal and external audiences. Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in the/ Payroll industry as Implementation Consultant, Software Product Manager, Business Analyst or as an HR Generalist or Payroll Manager. Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Finance or Business Administration. MBA or Masters in Human Resources preferred. Strong analytical, financial, organizational, and planning skills. Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels in an Organization. Prior experience interacting with: Customers, Vendors, Service Delivery, IT, Sales, Account Management.
