Key responsibilities will include the development and execution of an HR strategy that compliments the business strategy, development of the HR organization serving the client group, organizational and leadership development, recruitment and retention; and the implementation of corporate benefits, compensation and HRIS programs and initiatives. Job Responsibilities Partners with peers to leverage best practices, within and outside of the HR function to prioritize and implement company initiatives. Interfaces with Corporate functions to secure resources and acquire information needed by their clients to maximize their performance and contribution.Provides clear and timely direction to ensure that site HR processes are aligned with and support the client\'s business objectives as well as the Division and Corp business objectives. Keeps groups informed of changes in HR policies, projects, initiatives, and objectives.Guides, motivates and attains the best from individuals to meet the company\'s objectives. Sets realistic objectives and assigns accountability/responsibility for tasks and decisions. Delegates, clearly and comfortably, both routine and important tasks and decisions. Provides direct and actionable constructive feedback. Resolves issues quickly and directly. Oversees the compensation and performance appraisal and objective setting programs for the business unit. Provides strategic oversight to labor relations, grievance and contract negotiations.
