Strong Understanding of all phases of full cycle recruiting and on-boarding Experience in developing, implementing and managing staffing activities; working across business units, functions, and cultures to implement complex programs, processes, and strategies.Personal Characteristics Proven team builder and leader. Results oriented and knows how to execute but with a fluid and flexible work style.
