Accounting is growing and looking for a focused and results oriented Recruiting Manager to join our team. As a Finance & Accounting Recruiting Manager, individuals in this position will work in all areas of the recruiting process from selling our services to prospective clients to placement of highly skilled financial professionals. In the sales capacity, he/she will make telephone sales calls and leverage the relationships they have in accounting/finance for the purpose of prospecting new business and identifying permanent placement needs. Recruiting functions include locating top accounting/finance talent, interviewing applicants, consulting with candidates on industry trends and placing candidates on a permanent basis. Individual in this position will work in a team environment, while being held accountable for individual growth goals. will provide the industry's most progressive training involving the tools and technology to assist the Recruiting Manager in developing his/her business.
