RESPONSIBILITIES: *Recruit through various sources and methods to include internet, cold-calling, referrals, schools, and networking throughout the industry*Provide leadership, consultation and expertise in recruiting*Facilitate the hiring process which includes, screening, interviewing, and possible travel arrangements*Arrange and schedule interviews with hiring manager*Establish relationships with local universities, ski management programs and other related networking venues*Proactively develop candidate pipelines through a variety of sourcing methods, positive industry and community relations*Meet with hiring mangers to discuss and define position needs*Extends and negotiates candidate offers Skills/Requirements QUALIFICATIONS:*Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience*Travel up to 50% of the time to all Regions within task and recruit for multiple positions*Sustain a high level of energy and excel continuously in a fast-paced and changing environment*Balances multiple priorities simultaneously and meets deadlines*Excellent written and verbal communication skills*Strong understanding of recruiting principles and best practices*Knowledge of federal, state and local laws regarding employment practices*Works well independently and as part of a team*
