Job Description:
Work in conjunction with task group in modifying existing training programs for online sessions * Develop a series of quarterly webinars around issues and trends within the nonprofit sector 6. Manage the recruiting of new volunteer consultants * Develop in conjunction with the Vice President the recruiting program for new ESC consultants that will meet the annual goals and objectives for ESC recruitment * Identify skills required to meet ESC clients' needs * Screen prospective candidates for volunteer and consultant roles * Manage the scheduling of candidate interviews with recommendations of best ESC Consultant interviewers for follow up meetings with candidates * Oversee preparation of recruitment materials and mailing of recruitment packets to prospective consultants * Manage efforts to track involvement and engagement of new consultants * Manage special projects as required Knowledge, Skills & Experience: * Demonstrated managerial skills and ability, with marketing, training, recruitment, consulting and evaluation experience * Highly motivated, creative, energetic, proactive and entrepreneurial * Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, especially the ability to work with motivated volunteers * Ability to relate to diverse audiences * Familiarity with New England nonprofit sector * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work collaboratively and independently *
