Job Description:
Job Description
*Teach English conversational classes to students at a government-run public school in Korea
*Prepare teaching materials with Korean-co teacher and daily lessons
*Assist with the development of teaching materials related to English language education
*Participate in teacher workshops and extra-curricular
Benefits
*Annual salary of USD $24-$33K at 22hrs/wk
*Airfare reimbursed upon the arrival
*Settlement Allowance: KRW 300,000(USD 300)
*Accommodation: Single and furnished A.P.T or studio provided (FREE)
*14 days paid vacation and Korean national holidays
*Health Insurance Supported by Employer: 4.5% of your income deduction, 4.5% is supported by your employer
*Pension Plan (Refundable): After monthly 4.5% of your income deduction, at the end of 9% of yearly income shall be returned to you (equivalent to one month¡¯s salary). 4.5% is supported by your employer.
*100% severance pay: one month¡¯s salary per each contract year is paid as a severance payment in accordance with the Labor Standard Act of Korea
*You can save minimum USD 10,000~15,000 after the completion of 1 year contract. (Renewable the contract)
Job Requirements:
Qualifications
*Bachelor Degree in any field from accredited university or college in USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand or Ireland
*Native English Speaker
*willing to relocate to South Korea
*No criminal record
*No former teaching experience necessary
*TESOL/TEFL/ESOL or Teaching experiences or BED are for your better salary
