Job Description:
SkyeTec has increased service offerings to include green building consulting and certification inspections.
We are currently looking for RESNET certified (Class 1) energy raters to provide ratings for new and existing buildings. The Energy Rater will be responsible for utilizing rating software, providing site inspections and performing diagnostics testing to include duct blaster and blower door. The rater will also analyze performance results to provide recommendations for improving building efficiency.
Knowledge of residential and or commercial construction is required. Successful applicants will have a minimum of 1 year experience. Familiarity with the Energy Star Certification program is preferred.
