Job Description:
Manages client profitability and develops a profitable book of business by designing and implementing various strategies based on the needs and goals of each client relationship. Administers and develops a portfolio of selected client relationships (borrowing and non-borrowing) while serving as secondary officer for other selected clients. Responsible for meeting all banking and financial needs of relationship clients including all products and services offered by the bank (trust, international banking, private banking, real estate, cash management, merchant services). Works with various product specialists to help ensure an integrated and seamless approach to servicing the client; delivers superior services and products to clients through the coordination of all components of respective business unit team and other bank departments. May partner with applicable credit specialists to create, structure, price, approve and deliver credit transactions to fiduciary clients where appropriate. Formulates and implements strategies based on client needs and preferences and ensures a consistent client experience (understands financial goals of each client). Monitors changing client investment and financial objectives; periodically re-evaluates client needs and determines if other service and sales opportunities exist. Resolves problems brought by principals, beneficiaries, remaindermen, outside lienholders and others.
