Responsibilities Responsible for consolidating budgets and forecasts for the division, conducting detailed analyses and provide accurate reporting to the division Review actuals every month against the latest estimate and provide analysis of the variances for the division Work closely with the management team to help execute the vision and strategy for the organization by developing reporting packages, tracking key metrics and developing presentations to convey the message of the company Interact with international territory staff to create various monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts. Conduct by-territory quantitative analyses in support of key strategic projects and long-term business plans Act as the key liaison with Corporate on all budget and estimates related questions related to the P&L and cash flow Responsible for creating management reports and delivering on any ad hoc requests / analysis Review the cash forecast every month with the shared service center and understand variances by territory Key member of the long-range plan team - improve and build on the current models, develop presentations and backup for the LRP Understand the details of the home video business and focus on ways to improve team efficiency and business processes within the division Be a strong team player with excellent communication skills and the drive to succeed
