Job Description: Act as the center level training department interface for clients and center management on a daily basis include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Provides coaching and development to Trainers through the of weekly classroom observations, weekly team and one on one meetings, co-facilitation with the Trainers to demonstrate proper facilitation techniques, and completion of formal performance reviews on each Trainer. Facilitates recurrent training modules to the existing that require no more than 1 - 2 days of facilitation as needed. Interacts with the client and onsite program management through attendance of site level management and client meetings. Partners with the Regional Training Manager to conduct curriculum reviews to ensure that the most effective and comprehensive training material and methodologies are being utilized in new hire training. Directly supervises Training Department. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
