Manage assigned staff performance by providing clear expectations and goals, monitoring performance, providing feedback and coaching, and evaluating staff performance as it relates to the efficacy of our training curriculum. 路 Conduct ongoing needs assessment to address Pierce抯 immediate and long term training needs for all Pierce field staff including promotional, retail sales & commissioned employees. 路 Create or partner with 3 rd party vendors to develop training delivery systems that support both classroom and online trainings in order to ensure consistency and improve overall field performance. 路 Develop immediate and long term strategies in training and field talent development across a diverse skill set of field employees, from Demonstrators to Managers. 路 Create a dynamic training program which is customized to meet each program抯 needs but with a consistent Pierce values, mission statement and policies. 路 Coordinate and provide initial and ongoing training to increase staff knowledge, skills, and abilities for assigned events. 路 Drive training innovation through research and implementation of dynamic, engaging employee training and development tools. 路 Define and redefine the Pierce field employee experience in order to promote continuous learning and improve performance in the field. Evaluate the field employee experience and training effectiveness throughout the lifecycle of the employee and make the necessary changes for improvement. 路 Partner with internal departments to assist in the enhancement & maintenance of the HRIS Learning Management System.
