Adhere to all company audit and policy guidelines Basic Qualifications 8 years of recruiting experience. 3 years of management experience Bachelor?s degree from an accredited university 3 years experience with an applicant tracking system Other Qualifications 3 yearsexperience or certification 3 years behavioral interviewing experience or certification.
