Develop and implement metrics 25% Manager/Advisor: Coach, influence, direct and supervise 3 Senior professional recruiting professionals, while also having indirect coaching and influencing of Talent Recruiting professionals, HR, hiring managers and others in valuing differences throughout the sourcing, recruiting, selection and on boarding processes. Advise employee Councils 20% Relationship Management and Outreach: Develop and manage internal/external networks (communities and professional organizations, employee councils, Public Affairs, peer groups, etc.) and internal/external communications. Represent/market Cargill at appropriate functions. Assist in identifying potential diverse prospects and serve as a key contact throughout the recruitment process 15% Communicator: Develop and execute an internal and external communication strategy to share success stories, promote recognition, and provide information to a broader audience 10% Administrative: Responsibilities include supervising program coordinator, diversity recruiter, develop/monitor budget, reports, etc Bachelor's degree 7+ years experience with progressive responsibilities including people management responsibility 5 years specialist experience in the area of recruitment - diversity recruiting experience is a definite plus Knowledge of and experience with diverse cultures, including networks in diverse communities Ability to develop and build effective internal and external relationships.
